I think I need to start blogging my intake again, it really helps with accountability.

But, I think I’m going to do it a little differently. Since it’s still the morning, I’m going to type out everything I will eat today, so that way I will be more likely to stick to it :

Breakfast: 1/2 Cup Oats with 2 T PB2 and 1 T Coconut

Snack 1: Apple

Lunch: Homemade Turkey Chili and half a Grapefruit

Snack 2: 3 Wasa Crackers and 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Dinner: 1 Cup of Spaghetti Squash and 1 grilled Chicken Breast

Snack 3: English Muffin with Laughing Cow Cheese 

Total Cals: around 1030
